After playing their
debut UK gig proper here earlier in the month, The Avalanches return for
a second date. In between, they've been busy wowing festival audiences
and promoting bizarre second single Frontier Psychiatrist.
Since WeAreLondon was on holiday when they played their first London date,
we're as in the dark as to quite how the live show will work as you are.
Having witnessed some of the band's DJ sets at the Heavenly Social earlier
in the year, one thing is for sure - they like to have fun messing with
our preconceptions about what's cool.
The sweaty Electric Ballroom should be perfect for crunchy house numbers
like Radio, and so long as they play Since I Left You, we'll all go home
smiling.
