Gig
of the Week

Peaches,
93 Feet East The competition was particularly strong this week, with gigs by Spiritualized, The Vines, Soundtrack of Our Lives, Royksopp and, er, Milky Wimpshake. This night, put on by German record label Kitty-Yo and London clubnight Eat Your Own Ears, catches our attention most because of the sheer concentration of talent on offer. Chuff knows how you'll be able to take all this lot in: Headlining are Peaches, who brought the house down here last time they visited. In support are virtually the entire Kitty-Yo roster (with the exception of Gonzales, who headlines his own Scala show on 22nd April) - Taylor Savvy, Laub, Tarwater and Maximilian Hecker (pictured). In between all these bands (and in the other rooms too) will be DJs Arthur Baker, Erol and Rory from Trash, as well as a Kitty-Yo contingent. A hell of a lot to fit in under one roof, and likely to be rammed with style-mag try-hards, but still highly recommended. 93
